Skipping breakfast is not only a bad habit for weight loss, but also will not help you shed pounds. Eating a nutrient-dense and good quality breakfast will prevent fat storage, burn excess fats, energise your body, and keep you healthy from within. Losing weight the right way is all about balance and allowing yourself to enjoy everything in moderation. It is important to feed yourself with the right nutrients without having to feel deprived. A healthy meal, especially breakfast should be filled with complex carbohydrates, protein source, good fats, dietary fiber, vitamins and essential minerals. Eating the combination of these nutrients daily will help you to achieve your weight loss goals fast and more efficiently.

Last but not least, it helps with weight management. You can have them anytime you wish to. They are healthy and low in calories. You can also make your DIY fresh fruit salad with greek yogurt. They also help to promote heart health and reduce your risk of cardiovascular diseases due to a high amount of potassium and antioxidants. So, why wait?
