True happiness comes from within. Money cannot buy happiness. Many people say that life is too short to spend their time living healthily, but the fact is, you cannot be happy or explore the world when you are sick. To be happy is not only just eating nutritious and organic foods. I beleive it is all about balance. You should not be so hard on yourself. If you want to have a piece of cake or chocolate lava, then go ahead and have some. However, you should know your limit. Being physically strong and healthy will be nothing if your mind is weak. It is important to de-stress yourself and relax your body, mind, and soul. But in reality, not everyone can afford the de-stress spa treatment or massage. Well, there are free great tips that will keep your mind and body strong and healthy anywhere and everywhere.

You should allow yourself to be in a quiet place for just 10-15 minutes. Give yourself sometime to appreciate your accomplishment. It also helps to clam you down if you are angry at someone.
