A busy and stressful day can easily take your beautiful smile away. Do remember that happiness is a choice and you can create it. Apart from enjoying your hobbies, you should go out to get some sun, talk to your favourite person, and eat a well-balanced diet. You should also learn to meditate and de-stress yourself. Chronic stress could lead to serious health conditions including depression. It is important to start taking care of yourself before it is too late. You can begin with something simple and start small for example snacking on nuts or have a bowl of banana split during break time. Here are top 10 foods that help to improve your mood and combat depression.

Chocolate is everyone’s favourite. It is not only tasty, but helps to improve your mood and make you happy. A cup of hot chocolate, a bar of dark chocolate, or chocolate coated ice cream helps to boost your mood because it stimulates the secretion ofserotonin that helps to support your immune system, promote brain functions and improve mood.
