1. Fruits and vegetables such as guava, berries, watermelon, and tomatoes

2. Beans such as red beans, green beans, and kidney beans are a great source of protein, which is good for your skin, hair, and overall health. It helps to satisfy your hunger, as well.

3. Mushrooms (one of my favorite) will keep you feeling full longer and is an excellent source of plant-based protein.

4. Popcorn (everyone’s favorite) contains dietary fiber that will help to curb your appetite before your main meals.

5. Eggs are loaded with protein, vitamins and minerals that are great for your brain function, muscle growth, muscle repair, maintain your lean muscle, and good for your skin and hair.

6. Greek yogurt is packed with calcium and minerals that help to strengthen your teeth and bones. It also helps to ease digestion and maintain a healthy bowel movement due to the probiotics. It tastes even better when mixed with berries or tropical fruits.

Do not forget to do slight exercise and get enough sleep to allow your body to fully replenish the energy. Sleeping also helps to improve your digestive system and increases your metabolism rate. Remember not to starve yourself. You need to eat to lose weight and stay fit. Staving not only makes you feel lethargic and tired throughout the day, but it will also hurt you long term, for example suffering from osteoporosis (brittle bones), and malnutrition. It is not the end of the world, a small change today will make a huge different in the future. You are not alone. You have to keep moving. Learn to love yourself regardless of your shape and size. The most important thing is that you are fit and healthy. If you think you need more help and are facing eating disorders like purging, anorexia, bulimia (bingeing), please do not hesitate to contact me, I would love to help.

I hope you  enjoyed the 3 Day Belly Shape Up Plan and wish you a great time trying it out. Feel free to share your experiences and comments below or drop me a message if its something personal. See you guys soon!
