Peanut butter

Banana slices

1/2 teaspoon of Chia seed or Basil seed

15 walnuts (Optional)

1 glass of skim milk

Spread your wholegrain bread with peanut butter topping with banana slices and chia seeds or walnuts, and serve it with a glass of skim milk or fresh orange juice.. It will take less than 10 minutes. You can do this the night before and put it to the fridge to save your time in the morning.

Chia seeds are super food that contain high amount of omega-3 and good fats that keep you healthy. They help to regulate your blood sugar level and curb your appetite.

Milk contains high calcium that keeps your teeth and bones strong. If you have lactose intolerance, I recommend you to try some other alternatives such as almond or oat milk. Calcium absorption will reduce as you age. It is important to consume an efficient amount of calcium to maintain healthy bones.

Skim milk or almond milk

Greek yogurt

Mixed fruits (Mango, kiwi, or berries)

Add chia seed and dark chocolate powder to your skim milk or almond milk, and wait for 3-4 minutes for chia seed to expand, and topping with Greek yogurt and mixed fruits. Dark chocolate is loaded with powerful antioxidants that may prevent cancer, raise good cholesterol (HDL), lower blood pressure, and reduce the risk of heart disease.
