10 Filling Foods that Help You Shed Pounds

Losing weight is not always about calories restriction or depriving yourself from foods. In fact, you have to eat more in order to burn those extra pounds. You no longer have to watch on what you eat. These foods will help to satiate you longer. They fill you up and yet are full of nutrients. Remember, stop depriving yourself from foods and eat more. You should try to eat more of cheese, dark chocolate, chicken, steak, cauliflower, celery with chocolate peanut butter, whole grain bread, digestive cookies with cocoa, bananas, and purple sweet potatoes. Do not be too strict on yourself, if you want a piece of chocolate cake, go ahead and have some. Life is all about being happy and enjoying yourself.

Cheese helps you shed pounds easily. All you have to do is eat more of cheese. It is good for weight loss and maintain healthy teeth and bones. Don’t forget to add some cheese to your sandwich, grilled chicken or steak.

Chocolate is good for you, but it all depends on which type of chocolate. Dark chocolate bar is really good for you, especially as your dessert or night time snack before bed time. It tastes good, and yet helps you shed pounds.

    Hi Sirinan! Just have a quick question, u know these days they sell teatox or also knows as deatox tea for legs and stomach. Are they effective?

      Hello Farah,
      Thank you for the question dear. It may or may not work well, which depends on each individual. Everyone reacts differently. There are many slimming teatox to choose from. Most of them contain laxatives like senna leaf, which stimulate bowel movement. It does not actually help you to lose weight, but loosen the stool. Besides that, some of them help to curb your appetite (suppress appetite and feeling nausea), but only for certain period of time, and eventually your body will gain resistance to the products. This may cause long term side effects like malnutrition and health problems. Therefore, it is always better to do it naturally, focus on boosting your metabolism, and do not starve yourself.
      Remember, these products are only for short term solution.
