There are a number of teens and young adults who suffer from binge eating disorder. You may be one of those, but not realizing it or afraid to admit it. What is binge eating disorder? You may ask. It is one of eating disorders that is really harmful to you in a long run. It leads to cardiovascular disease, type II diabetes, gastrointestinal problems, osteoporosis, and more. There are ways to solve and cure this eating disorder. You just have to remember that it is okay to admit it, seek for help, and live a happier life.

You are one of those people who needs help, and that is okay. If, you are an emotionally eater. You can eat a huge fast food meal and snack on dessert when you are stressed or upset. You can eat a lot even if you are not hungry, but eat up to satisfy your emotions. You eat real fast and a lot of foods at the same time. You cannot control yourself. You feel guilty after binging on those junks, and try to vomit it out, so that you will not gain weight (this could lead to bulimia).

- Eat really fast and barely chew your foods

- Emotionally eating. Eat more when you are stressed, upset, sad or sometime happy

You should look at other things like embrace your beautiful eyes or skin.

People who suffer from binge eating disorder will eat a lot of foods that they are deprived from and carved for. The person tends to eat junk foods with high in bad fats and cholesterol, sugary desserts, and high in simple carbs. This could lead to chronic diseases such as:
- Cardiovascular disease
- Type II diabetes
- Obesity (Lead to sleep apnea or stop breathing in sleep)
- Osteoporosis
- Joint and muscle pain
- High blood pressure
- Insomnia (Good carbs help to promote sleep)
- Gastrointestinal problems like heartburn, bloating, and gastrointestinal reflux
- Irregular periods
- Mulnutrition

- Relax your mind and learn to control your emotions and stress. You should start a yoga practice, learn to focus, and let go of your negative emotions.
- Eat your foods frequently in a small portion every 3-4 hours.
