Most of us spend hours working in front of the PC or laptop, especially on social media. If you are one of those people, you should really try to take care of your eyes. You should try to rest your eyes just for a few minutes and continue working. This will help to maintain a healthy eyesight and lower the risk of a migraine. You should also definitely include foods such as salmon, sweet potatoes, berries, eggs, and dark leafy green vegetables. They are a miracle to your eyes. If you are having a bad eyesight, do not neglect it.  There is hope to improve your eyesight. Eyesight problems can be improved overtime through a healthy diet, rest, and enough sleep. Supplements should not be your option if you can eat real foods.

Sweet potatoes taste so good and are full of goodness to your health, and especially to your eyes.
