I know a lot of people would go for a diet coke rather than a healthy smoothie or herbal tea. You may think that it is sugar free, well sort of. It is just that it is much worse. There are tonnes of artificial sugar in it. It disturbs your leptin hormone and stimulates hunger, and makes you want to eat even more. Artificial sweetener in your diet coke may cause cancer in long term consumption. Will it be better if you switch that drink with the healthy alternatives? They do not always taste bad. You will enjoy and learn to love them eventually. These healthy drinks will not only help to improve your immune system, combat allergies, keep you healthy, but also awesome for your skin, hair, and bones. They will make your skin glow naturally.
