Being healthy is not only about being physically fit, but it is important to be mentally healthy too. Stay focused, be positive and happy about yourself, This is the key to achieving a true healthy lifestyle. There are 10 daily routine tips that you should follow in order to maintain a positive attitude that has helped me personally.

You should not get up immediately once you wake up. When you wake up early, you will have more time to prepare some healthy food for yourself and even meditation to relax your mind.
[divider title=”Drink plenty of water” style=”style6″ align=”left”/]It is really important to drink a glass of warm water when you wake up. It helps to flush out your body toxins and it is also good for your bowel movement. It will be even more effective if you splash some lemon in it. It is good for your digestive system, helps to support your immune system, and prevents you from catching a cold and flu easily because lemon is high in vitamin C.
[divider title=”Stretching” style=”style6″ align=”left”/]Stretching is really important to relax your muscles. It helps to prevent a nerve block in later stages of life, as well. Stretching helps to relax your mind, muscle, and calm your body. It also helps to clam your nerves when facing a difficult and stressful situation.
[divider title=”Outdoor activities” style=”style6″ align=”left”/]Go out to get some sun and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere. You need some vitamin D and fresh air outside. Outdoor activities will keep you away from depression and chronic stress, too. It can be something that you love to do for example go out for a walk, swimming, jogging, fishing, or brisk walking. It will keep you fit physically and mentally.

You can start with basic yoga. It will train you to stay focused, which can be useful for your work and decision-making. It will also help to improve your overall health and well being for example heart rate, aid weight loss, and even lowering your blood pressure.
[divider title=”Step onto sand and stones” style=”style6″ align=”left”/]Stepping onto the sands or stones helps to massage your feet and relax your body as well as calm your nerves. It helps you to relax your nerves and muscles and prevent a nerve block and foot or toe pain. You can do this at home or go out for a walk barefoot. You should try this at least 3 times a week. It is really good for you.

Green tea is the best natural solution when it comes to cholesterol problems. I recommend you to drink 2 cups of green tea everyday. Other than that, green tea helps to calm you down, relax your nerves, and generally keeps you healthy. Besides all the health benefits, it tastes good too.

Getting enough sleep prevents you from gaining unnecessary weight and improves your overall health. It makes you feel better and boosts your mood. It is good for your heart, body, and mind.
