I absolutely love your website..came across this on my fb..good job…but sigh…for me..it’s a long road especially heading towards menopause..everything, anything i eat ends up probably on my belly or hips..I am working towards a healthier goal and will try to stick by what you’ve written which makes so much sense. If i was in Siberia i’d probably be shaped like model but here where we are … all the yummy food.it’s hard but I am determined to get back into shape.
