Awesome Smoothies for Gorgeous Skin

It is everyone’s dream to have a flawless and perfect skin. Everyone wants to have a crystal clear skin with no wrinkles and breakouts. Here are the secret recipes that will make your skin glow and looking younger naturally. They will make your skin glow, smooth, and radiant from within, and freeze your age for years.

Smoothie recipes 1

Mango is packed with vitamin C and A, which are really great for your skin. It helps to smoothen your skin. You should try to mix it with carrot or oranges. All you need is:

1  Mango

1  Greek yoghurt

Vanilla flavour

Honey or Maple syrup

Put all of them into the blender, and blend them until you get a good texture. Put into the freezer for 5 minutes, and enjoy your smoothie.

Smoothie recipes Papaya

Papaya contains vitamin A and C, and enzyme Papain that is really good for your skin, eyes, and improve your digestion.

Grapes are high in antioxidants and vitamins that fight against ageing process and keep you looking young.

All you need is:

1/2 Papaya

Grapes

Mixed fruits

Greek Yoghurt

Ice

Blend up all of them. Enjoy your Papaya smoothie. You will get a crystal clear skin in no time.

Smoothie Avocado

Avocado is packed with good fats that helps to nourish and smoothen your skin. It also helps to slow down aging process.

All you need is:

1/2 Avocado

1 Apple

Your favourite leafy green vegetables

Chia seed or Basil seed

Almond milk

Salt

Ice cubes

Blend them up and enjoy your healthy drink. You can have it as breakfast to boost up your energy or even late night snack.

Smoothie Carrot

All you need is:

3 carrot 

2 oranges

1  Cucumber

1 Banana

1 glass of coconut water

Peel carrots and cut into cubes. Blend all of them up. You can add more coconut water if you wish to. I recommend you to drink this vitamin C-rich drink before your meals. Your body cannot absorb vitamins efficiently when mix together with other foods.

Kiwi

Kale

Celery (Optional)

Green Apples

Ice cubes

Blend all of them up for approximately 1 minute, add a bit of lemon juice if you like it sour,  and pour it into a glass. You can put it to the fridge for 15-20 minutes if you wish to drink it cold. And enjoy this delicious drink!

Mixed berries (Strawberries and blueberries)

Banana

Greek yoghurt

Honey

Salt (optional)

Blend all of the ingreditents until you get a smooth texture. Put it to the fridge. It tastes better when it is cold. Enjoy!
