Bad habits can be very difficult to change. It does not happen overnight, but you can try to make a small change for a better you. Many people tend to ignore about their figure and does not care so much about how they look, but little that they know, belly fat can also cause diseases such as Type II diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Weight management is not always about appearance, figure, and looking good, but your overall health and well-being. Better lifestyle will lead you to a better health, better living, and better version of yourself.

It is a Must for you to get some sleep. Lack of sleep causes negative impacts on your health for example loss of concentration, disruption of brain and heart functions, hallucination, poor digestive system, and overall health. Not only that, it causes you to gain weight.

Your favourite fizzy drink contains a lot of refined sugar that is really bad for you. It causes type II diabetes and weight gain.

Condensed milk is loaded with corn starch and refined sugar that can cause type II diabetes, weight gain, and tooth decay. You should replace condensed milk with better alternatives for example maple syrup or honey.

It is good to party once in awhile to enjoy yourself, socialise, and catching up with friends. However, everything has to be done in limit. Drinking alcohol and eating some foods at night will definitely cause you to gain weight. You should not drink too much alcohol, especially those who want to lose weight or control your weight. Alcohol contains empty calories, which indicates calories with no nutrients. Your body do not recognize this type of carbohydrate. It is very difficult for your body to break them down. It also affects your fat loss . If you really love to drink, switch it to red wine. Red wine is good for your heart.

Eating at night will cause you to gain a massive weight because your digestive system and metabolism slow down at night. Whatever that you eat will remain in your stomach with improper digestion. If you are hungry, then you should try to eat 3 hours before you go to bed.

You should try to cook your own meals because you know exactly what you put into your foods.

Do not eat something that you are not comfortable with. Do not try to please your friends and eat whatever they ask you to eat. Good friends will respect your decision and accept you from who you are. Healthy is a lifestyle!

Snacking is good, but it has to be the right snack. You should snack on walnuts, whole fruits, or kale chips, and not brownies (only sometime).

You should eat what your body needs and not what you want. Try to eat right, eat real foods, and stick with the right portions. Eat to live, not live to eat.

Eat while watching TV can be a disaster when it comes to weight management. You have to keep moving and boost up your metabolism.

You should eat until when you are 80% full. Try to separate your big meal into small meals. You should eat frequently like every 3 to 4 hours and snack between your main meals.

You should stick with the right portion size. You should try not to eat more when you are happy, sad or upset. If you cannot control your eating habits, try to go out for a walk instead of turning into foods. I know it is not easy for many of you, but you have to overcome it. It is all in your mind.  You are stronger than that.

You have to  exercise and keep moving. It helps to boost up your metabolism rate, improve your digestion, and burn fat.

Junk foods are full of bad fats, LDL cholesterol, and refined carbs. They are junk! Your body needs foods with nutrients and not junk. They cause heart disease, poor digestive system and bowel movement, and type II diabetes. Try to eat less of them.

Drinking clean water is key to weight loss. Your body tends to mistake that thirst is hunger, and makes you eat more. Water is not only help to control your weight, but good for your digestion, detoxification, and improve bowel movement.

Fruits and vegetables are loaded with a lot of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that are great for your body. It helps to fight against free radicals , keep you healthy, and looking young. It is good for your digestion, prevent constipation, and good for your skin.

Starving yourself from foods to lose weight is a Big No. It makes your body store more fat and ruin your metabolism. You have to eat to lose weight, but eat the right foods with full of nutrients.

Everyone loves dessert, especially after dinner, but you have to control yourself and have them in moderation. Desserts are full of sugar that will cause type II diabetes and weight gain. You should switch that ice cream brownies to fresh fruit platter.
