Are you looking for beach body meal plan? Or an effective solution for long-term weight loss? This is for you! We have something special for you this time, as has been requested from you guys. Some have asked for advice on which diet pills to take, and if they really work. The thing is that I don’t believe in short-cuts. But, I have created a fast and effective bikini meal plan for you guys instead, that will help you burn fats, boost metabolism, and hence promote weight loss naturally. All you have to do is to follow and stick with the meal plans and preparation. Train your body and mind to love healthy food, eat smart, stop counting calories, and embrace healthy lifestyle. It is time to ditch those diet pills and get started with this healthy weight loss journey with us! Love yourself because you matter the most!

Before Breakfast – A glass of warm lemon water

Breakfast – Yogurt with raw honey, banana, 15 almonds

Lunch – Tuna salad with lemon olive oil dressing topping with walnuts

Pre-dinner snack – Apple slices spread with peanut butter

Dinner – Grilled chicken with steamed broccoli

Bedtime snack –  a cup of chamomile tea

Before Breakfast – A glass of warm lemon water

Breakfast – A piece of toast, an apple, and a cup of coffee or tea

Lunch – Egg avocado green salad

Pre-dinner snack – A cup of mango topping with basil seeds

Dinner – Steamed cauliflower topping with Parmesan cheese and onion served with black pepper chicken

Bedtime snack –  Dark chocolate (only 3-4 blocks) and a small cup of warm milk

Bedtime snack – a cup of chamomile tea

Dinner – Grilled salmon or mackerel served with a slice of lime and stir-fired bok choy with garlic

Bedtime snack – Hot chocolate

Dinner – Grilled chicken fillet served with asparagus  and brown rice on the side

Bedtime snack – A small cup of warm milk or soy milk

Dessert – A cup of strawberries and frozen grapes

Bedtime snack – DIY hot chocolate  or kale chips
