Let’s food be your medicine. You should try to choose healthy options when going to the supermarket. It makes a lot different. Healthy foods do not always taste bad as you think. Yet, they keep you fit, disease free, and are packed with nutrients that required by your body. Your body does not need fried chicken and burger all the time. Feed your body right and you will be the healthiest and happiest person you have ever been. Here are the lists of superfoods that you should be consumed daily. However, you do not have to eat them at once, just mix and match with your favourite dishes. Enjoy!

It tastes so good, and yet full of lycopene that helps to keep your heart and blood vessels healthy as well as reduce the risk of heart attack. You can easily include tomato sauce in your favourite dishes for example on your omelette or grilled chicken or even on your toast. Not only that, lycopene acts as a powerful antioxidant that helps to prevent aging process and makes you look younger. I always put ketchup on my toast. It is one of my favourite dish.

Prunes are packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and trace minerals such as iron. They are really good for your digestive system due to high in dietary fiber. Prunes are also great snack for those who want to control their weight. They are a good source of energy and also help to stimulate bone building cells.

Brussels sprouts are loaded with cancer fighting compounds, glucosinolates, which help to detoxify your body from within. They are also great for your bone. You should add them to your salad, soup, or mixed vegetables.

They taste so good.

You do not have to eat all of them. You should just try and find out what you love and enjoy eating it. Who knows you may fall in love with superfoods and cannot live without them. There is no harm trying. You will eventually find something that you love and it is good for your health. I know it must be difficult in the beginning because you are not used to with the taste, but if you keep on trying it, you might love it. Eat clean!
